The other sentences you mentioned : "Jao chali jao apne maa baap k ghar or phr kabhi mat aana mere pas..." when the husband declared such a statement if his intention is to DIVORCE her, then indeed a divorce (بائن)will be established, and if it is not intended for talaq then no divorce will be established.
